In 1994, Andrew Sacks launched Sacks Weston, LLC, and subsequently helped a landowner through litigation against ExxonMobil, resulting in the gas company paying out $1.06 billion, the largest in history. He also administered legal services for labor unions for SEPTA, UPS, taxi drivers, and other smaller unions.
His other accomplishments include organizing a team in a 22-year case against the world’s leading tobacco companies, representing The EU and 24 member countries culminating in settlements over $3.5 billion. Five of his cases have been tried before the United States Supreme Court. He has collected over $4.5 billion for his clients. Mr. Sacks also belongs to PanCan, the largest pancreatic cancer organization and was a Board member of The Tri-State Lupus Foundation and has worked with the organization for more than 30 years
